Steadymile missed a drive. What should I check?
- Settings, Steadymile, Location: set to Always with Precise Location on.
- Settings, General, Background App Refresh: on for Steadymile.
- Don't close Steadymile from the app switcher; iOS then stops waking it.
- Low Power Mode can delay detection.
Steadymile shows an alert for each of these. You can add a missed drive by hand from the drive list.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
With Pro, your drives sync through your own iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple Account on the new phone, install Steadymile, and your log appears. Without Pro, export a CSV first.
How do I restore my purchase?
Settings in the app, then Restore purchases. Purchases belong to your Apple Account.
How do I cancel a yearly plan?
On your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Steadymile. Your Price Lock ends if you cancel and later restart.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my data private?
Yes. There's no account. Drives stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. See the Privacy Policy.
